Delectable Plums Strudel in no time

INGREDIENTS
1 package of puff pastry Peperidge farms (parve dough)
8-10 fresh plums
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 can Apricot cake filling or 1/2 cup Apricot jam
1 egg for brushing
TO MAKE
Slice plums , about 6 slices from each plum, discard the seed
open the puff pastry dough, roll out to make it a little longer, about 12”x20'“
arrange all plum slices as it shows in the short video
sprinkle nutmeg on plums
spread appricot filling on plums
slice both sides of dough as it shows in the video
fold inward all pieces of dough to close strudel
brush with an egg
bake at 375F for about 35 minutes
Serve for breakfast, snack , or as dessert for every meal.
