INGREDIENTS
For the dough-:
2.2lb. flour
1+1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 cup chopped almonds or almond flour.
2/3 cup raisins
1 Tbsp. anis seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
2+1/4 cups like warm water
1 cup sugar
6-8 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup almonds, sliced, for decoration.
1 egg for brush
TO MAKE
Use a rolling pin to roll open the dough, it should be about 1/4” thick or less.
Make different shapes of breads and place a hard boil egg in the center.
Place all breads on a floured baking pan
