Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers Great Shavuot Dish

INGREDIENTS
For the filling-:
4 bell pepper.
1 lb. frozen spinach.
1 cup ricotta cheese.
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup great mixed yellow cheese (like Mexican)
1/2 cup parsley, chopped.
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/4-1/2 tsp. white pepper.
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 cup chives (optional).
For the Marinara sauce-:
2 Tbsp. olive oil
11/2 cup tomato sauce.
2 garlic cloves, chopped.
3 leaves basil, chopped.
1/2 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. white pepper.

How to make

Add all marinara ingredients and mix well.
Drizzle the marinara sauce on the peppers.
Bake peppers at 400F (200C) for one hour, uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
