Ingredients
2.2 lb. White fish (I used sole)
3 Potatoes, cubed.
2 Tomatoes.
1 quarter of preserved lemon (or fresh lemon)
4-5 garlic flavors.
1/4 cup mixed fresh parsley & cilantro, chopped.
1/4 cup mixed vegetable oil & olive oil.
1 tsp. sweet paprika.
2 green bell peppers, cut small.
4 carrots, cut small.
1/4 tsp. turmeric.
2 cups water.
1 tsp. salt.
1/2 tsp. hot paprika (optional)
3/4 cup of cooked garbanzo beans.
Add garlic, vegetables & oils, mix & cook for 3 minutes.
Mix while cooking on low.
Add water and all other ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce & cover, cook for 25-30 minutes.
When all vegetables are cooked, gently add fish
cover and cook another 10 minutes.
