Vanilla Pudding Cheesecake Topped with Vanilla crumbs.

INGREDIENTS

For the dough crumbs-

2 cups flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/3 cup sugar

1 tap. vanilla extract

11/2 sticks butter

4 egg yolks

For the cheese filling-

16 oz. heavy whip cream

1 cup sugar

1 package vanilla pudding

1 cup sour cream

3 cups Philadelphia cream cheese

  • TO MAKE

Place all vanilla crumbs ingredients in a food processor and pulls several times to create a coarse mixture.

Divide the crumbs to two baking pan and bake for 10 minutes, let it cool completely.

Place all filling ingredients in a mixer bowl and mix well for several minutes.

Transfer filling to one of the baking pan and level it with a spatula.

Add the crumbs from the second baking pan to be on top of the cheese filling.

Sprinkle the crumbs gently all over the filling.

Level the crumbs with a spatula.

Cover the cake with a clear plastic & refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
