INGREDIENTS
Dough ingredients-
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
8 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 egg for the dough
1 egg to brush
1 Tbsp. sugar
1-2 Tbsp. ice water
3 Pears (prefer Bosc Pears)
For Sauce-
1 tsp. orange zest or Lemon zest
3 black peppercorns
6 whole cloves
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups port wine
2 cups orange juice
2 cups tap water
